**This property requires a two-night minimum stay from 6/1/03-12/21/03, 1/4/04-1/31/04 and 4/13/04-12/21/04, a three-night minimum stay from 2/1/04- 4/12/04, and a seven-night minimum stay from 12/22/03-1/3/04.**
**Two bedroom/two bathroom units are based on 4 person occupancy, extra persons up to 6 people incur a $25 fee per person, per night, which will be collected at check in.**
Each condo boasts approximately 1200 square feet of living space, and offers many wonderful amenities including your own private balcony or patio to take in all of the sounds and beautiful scenery of Grand Cayman. These condos also offer a fully equipped kitchen containing dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Other unit amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, hair dryer and iron/ironing board.

From Owen Roberts International Airport: Exit the airport to the left. Take a right by the Post Office, at the end of the Airport Road, onto Dorcy Drive. At the end of Dorcy Drive take a left onto North Sound Road, and continue until you approach the round about. Take a right at the round about and enter onto the Harquail Bypass, travel to the end of the bypass keeping left at the next round about, onto West Bay Road. Take a left and Regal Beach Club is situated to the right immediately before you get to the Marriott Hotel.
